TERRIBLE. Oil change, took 6 hours (3 hours after they realized that they had forgotton about me). Then, they didn't put the car back together properly after the oil change, a week later started hearing noises while driving. Took the car back, was there several hours, had to return the next day-arrivd at 1 pm (they called and said the parts were in) and had stand in line for 1.5 hours waiting to just get the keys then cut in line to ask for the keys. finally left at 6 pm. Only good thing was the oil change was free because they forgot about me, and they didn't try to charge for repairs from not putting the car back together properly. Never, will I ever, ever, go to this place again- save yourself the trouble as well.

RIPPED OFF BY SEARS AUTO. Ripped Off by Sears. I've been to sears for Batteries and Tools all my life But in Fayetteville NC I've been Ripped off to many times by Kids that don't know crap about cars I paid $212 for a battery I didn't need. Tires I paid to much for and had my front end looked at and Aligned but was told two times it needed parts. Different parts each time. I took it somewhere else and was told it didn't anything but Front End Alignment. But I took it to them for the alignment in the first place. That's when I was told it needed all these new parts. It Didn't need crap. Pissed and tired of being Ripped by Sears Commission sales people.
