MORE THAN PLEASED. I had my regular spring servicing with another company and my AC was still not running as it should. When I calld my home warranty company I had found out that my regular comapny worked with them. So I was out soruced to Elite Air Soutions. The first thing I did was google to find that Elite Air Solutions had only 1 review being totally a bad one. This was all happeing on a Thursday. So I called Elite to verify a appt date I was told Sat or Monday that they were backed up. I had no choice but to wait. To my surprise I got a phone call FRIDAY morning telling me that would be out that day. WOW was I impressed because it was hot and we had no air. Friday evening they showed up VERY professional, explained everything they did, why and how. Had my air running again in less than an hour. I told them who I had do my twice a year service and unlike most competitors he said he has heard nothing but good about them. No name calling or insecures at all. than I told him about googling him and seeing bad review and I said I could not help but to go on and do a proper review on the service I got. I recommand this company to anyone. DO NOT let one bad review scare you off even if there was only one. More people need to write reviews this way people do not have to pay for Angies List when unsure about hiring. THANKS ELITE AIR SOLUTIONS FOR THE FAST JOB WELL DONE
No Solution. This company was sent out by my home warranty company and did an excellent job replacing my unit, but when this new unit immediately began having problem their service began to decline. After several calls they sent a tech out who could not deduce the problem and as a result they began the remove and replace parts. When this did not work they then began to act as if we had caused the problem. After several more calls they finally figured out that the problem was with the unit, and assured us that they would get in touch with the warranty company and fix the problem. After two week of no response we called them again and were assured that they would get in touch with the warranty company and take care of the problem. After an additional two week with no response we again call the Elite Air and were told that we had to get in touch with the warranty company because they had too much time in the unit and were now refusing to make good on their promises. The long and short of the matter is; after 7 months and numerous phone calls our AC still does not work properly! By the way Elite Air was paid not only by the warranty company but also by us (for additional items that they said we needed) all payments were received on time and with out incident. What happen to service after the sell, or at least as advertised the solution to my problem!
