Usually I don't take the time to write reviews, sad I know, but I had to make a point to rave about AAIMS Prop Mgmt. They are awesome!! The apartment building was looking very shabby but they recently went through and made it look like a completely different place, such a huge improvement! Really appreciate the hard work of your company, not too many are actually eager to help their tenants.

The process of buying a house and having your old place rented at the same time can be very frustrating and stressful; however, Tom and his team made the experience fun, educational and stress-free. Upon looking for a new home closer to work, we stumbled to the new community; found the house that we really like and with both of us tired of having a long commute to work, we wanted to start the buying process right away and get it done and over with. We called Tom for our property management needs for our old home, little did we know, we also needed his expertise in buying our new home. His knowledge and expertise not only saved us some money but also the trouble and disappointment of signing for something that we will probably regret later on. The professionalism and personal level of service that Tom and his entire team has provided was outstanding. Tom has earned our thanks, our respect, our trust and our friendship.

I don't have anything bad to say about AAIMS. They have personal service and have always been looking out for my best interests. Emails and calls are returned in good time and they are good about responding to any concerns I may have. I'm glad to be doing business with them.
