AWESOME experience!!! A friend referred me to Blinds Plus; I am glad she did. Tish went out of her way to make sure I received exactly what I wanted, even after experiencing delays caused by the builder. The installation went as planned and the guys did a great job. I would definitely refer others to use this business.
OUTSTANDING!!! Couldn't ask for a better buying experience. Tish was absolutely wonderful as she was patient with my "million" questions. As a first-time homebuyer, I needed to get that "warm fuzzy" before I purchased. TWO DAY TURNAROUND!!! That's right, two days to get the blinds ordered, shipped, and installed. And the blinds are beautiful! Finally, the two installers were both professional and extremely friendly. Installed over 10 blinds in less than an hour...incredible! I can not thank Blinds Plus (Tish) enough and I whole-heartily recommend them for all of your "blinds" needs
DO NOT GO... THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER AND LIE. I wanted to get new blinds. So I went to them. Put the order in. I was told two weeks, which is fine I don't mind waiting. A month had gone by, I called and was told they hadn't come in yet, they should be in this week. So I called again they said they were in but one was damaged. So we waited again. Then another month had gone by still no blinds. This was an on going process for about 3-4months. I wanted to cancle. When I called to cancle the employees said they couldn't do a refund the owner has too and she will be in Monday. When I talked too the owner said she would get me the product and give me half off, if I hold on to the order. So I did. She guilted me in saying she has a daughter in college and she's been having health problems. When we had scheduled the appointment for them to come out, they never showed up. Then we rescheduled again and I was also told since they can't do refunds on credit cards???? they would be out with the money "cash" the day of install. They never showed AGAIN!!!. I called to owner WAS DONE WITH THIS CRAZY LIEING COMPANY. Demanded a refund. Since she refused to do a refund I had to call my back and I told them it was a false charge, the company was refusing to give me my product after I had paid. I got my money back throught my bank. Save time and money don't go their. A little birdy told me the owner uses the money that people pay in full too pay off orders that are not paid in full. I can see truth in that. This is a shady company they will lie to you. You will waste you time and money if you go their.
Blinds Plus. Blinds Plus has worked on installation of shutters in my home for some time now. Some dalays on the part of the manufacturer and delivery added to the owner's personal emergencies resulted in excessive delays. The work is finally complete and Tish has offered compensation for the delayed work.
Tish was great and the blinds look fantastic! Tish went the extra mile and made sure the blinds were installed late on a Friday afternoon before we moved into our new home. We had many friends tell us to use her and they were not wrong.

I loved the blinds i got they were installed quickly and gave us temp blinds until ours arrived (special order blinds). I had great customer service. I'll be telling everyone that needs blinds to go here. Thanks for the great blinds!!
