I went to the Leith Kia on Skibo road here in Fayetteville. I wasn't even planning on buying a car I was just checking prices.. My sales person was Anthony McNutt and I have to recommend him and or Philip Neill. Both made it super easy. Almost too easy, being I was driving my new Optima in a matter of a couple of hours and kept the same payment I had on my 7 year old trade. Who would of thought I was driving a new Optima for less than 300.00 a month.. Great deal and thank you!!!
We bought a car from Leith Kia last Saturday. The customer service there is outstanding. We had to get the down payment together after we sold my old car to Carmax and they gave us a month to bring it in. Stan Sims was my car salesman and he was very down to earth, informative and not pushy at all. Stan gave us tons of attention even after we signed the contracts. He even sat in the car with us and helped us figure out how to sync our phones.The manager that helped us do our financing was also a great guy. He changed the amounts and the time and played with it however we wanted. He also got us a 1.79% rate over 72 months. They were great.

He was so helpful buying our first car that when it came to buying the second, there was no question in my mind that he would help us find the perfect car for our family. He went above and beyond during the entire process and thereafter. No matter what your in the market for, Leith is a great place to start.
I recently purchase a vehicle from Leith Kia Suzuki Mitsubishi of Fayetteville, from the time I stepped on the lot they were very polite and very respectful. Philip Neill was the rep that we worked with and he was very helpful through the whole process.
This place is an excellent choice for first time buyers, and families. Anthony Faison is down to earth, and not concerned with just making a sale. I would recommend Leith Kia of Fayetteville to anyone.

My review is for my sales person Cheryl and not Leith overall. I have bought four cars from Leith and I would recommend them. However, I am highly surprised by the lack of customer service and rude treatment I received from Cheryl. Cheryl worked very hard when she wanted my sale and even drove the car out to my home. She offered to bring it to me. She forgot to have me sign the bank check and called me and asked if she could bring it to me the next day. Of course I said yes. She then texted me the next day and said she had customers at the time she asked me to meet and I would have to drive in to the dealership to sign. When I expressed my frustration she sent me a text saying I was being rude and I should have remembered to sign the check. She was dismissive and could care less about going out of her way once she delivered the car to me. I was no longer her priority. Too bad Leith allows a sales person treat a customer like that. If you go to Leith just avoid Cheryl.
