My husband and I went to Leith Kia in Fayetteville today. My husband recently got into a car accident and the car was totaled. With four kids and one vehicle in home vs. two we had a dilemma on our hands. We didn't know how both of us were going to manage to make it to work everyday....until we met Doug Williams a sales rep at kia dealership. He was very friendly and well knowledge on the kia sorento we picked out. I am in love with my brand new 2014 vehicle. Doug and staff went above and behind to get our family the that we needed! The staff never stopped working hard! Customer service is superb! I would definitely recommend Kia dealership and Doug Williams as sales associates!

the customer service at leith was amazing they went above and beyond to do everything in their power to get my family into the vehicle we needed for the price we needed, if you need a new or used car I can guarantee that leith has what you're looking for and just the right sales associate to help you find it. our associate Nestor was amazing, he did everything in his power to get us into the perfect car. This is my 3rd time shopping at Leith Kia. I love Kias and have been a Kia owner for about six years. Due to the nature of my job, I must trade vehicles often and that proves to be difficult for other dealers. Leith Kia has never failed to get me into a car I'm very happy with, and I've had some difficult circumstances. I believe they truly are out to get you the best deal that makes the most sense. (can't believe the deals I've gotten here!) No matter what your situation is, I suggest giving Leith Kia a try. By the way, did I mention there are some gorgeous cars up there!?!

Ask for Robin Lee! This is my 2nd time working with her and she goes above and beyond! I can't even believe how HARD she worked to get me a really good deal when I was dealing with some bad circumstances. You will NOT find another deal in Fayetteville like you will here, and you won't find another Robin! And she works FAST. So you won't be waiting around for days to buy a new car if you work with her. I went in last week and spoke with Anthony Fasion. I told him what I wanted and what route we wanted to take. After the first path got derailed a bit Anthony did everything he could and guess what we still got the car we wanted for the payment we wanted. One of the best shopping experiences I've ever had will do business again here.

I purchased a new 2013 Kia Optima from this dealership and received great customer service and a great car at a good deal. Philip Neill is the saleman I would recommend. He was straight forward and found the car I wanted for the price I was willing to pay. He and Matt worked hard on the deal and in the end I was very satisfied with the deal. I would recommend to anyone not wanting to sit in a dealership for hours nickle and diming with a dealer to try Leith Kia. Straight up deal with no hidden cost or changes to the financing. Look up Philip Neil and I am sure he will give you the same service he gave me and my family.

We recently inquired about a used truck at Leith Auto Mall in Fayetteville and the next day Jan called us so we could come look at it. She did everything she could to get us into the truck. Her and the sales manager gave us more for my trade so we could get a better monthly payment. I would definately recommend going to see Jan at Leith Auto Mall if you are looking for a new or used vehicle.
