HAS GONE TO THE DOGS. Cross Creek Animal Hospital used to be a great place to take your pets for great care. Now the exact opposite is true. The vets are uncaring, the staff is not courteous, the wait and prices have skyrocket, patients are gossiped about in front of other patients, it's the LAST vet I would ever take my animal to. Did I mention that they MIXED UP my dogs prescriptions and it could have been a FATAL error?

Great Service from the time you walk in through the door.. I have been going to Cross Creek Animal Hospital for over five years. I did leave for one visit at another clinic just because my sister told me that she took her animals to this other clinic and I should try them. Never will listen to anyone that tells me to change vets. After one appointment at the other clinic I came right back to Cross Creek, I am sorry that I even thought about leaving them. From the time you walk through the door everyone is friendly and always smiling. Dr. Jordan always provides the best care for my animals and his Vet Assistants always answer all of my questions. I have now convinced my sister to start going there and I encourage everyone else to to do the same.

Wonderful and Caring place to take your pet. I have used Dr. Jordan for about 10 years now. He is very caring and answers all your questions. I had English bulldog that had a skin problem he went out of his way to call MO to a vet that knew everything there is to know about them and he cleared his skin up. I am said to say my bully passed away from Old Age. I now have a Saint Bernard and She sees Dr. Jordan. I would not take my pets anywhere else.

The staff is friendly and caring Dr. Jordan is wonderful if you need a vet take your pets to Dr. Jordan

Dr. Jordan didn't care what happened to my dog.. I asked for advice from Dr. Jordan about my dog that had been impounded by animal control. He told me that his opinion didn't matter and that my dog's progress was not relevant to the case.
