new owners mean excellent care. If you have bad memories of this urgent care, give it another try. it has been taken over by a new Dr. and one that cares about people not dollars. he practices at sandhills medical and he and his wife r angels walking on this earth. if u need help and live in fayetteville, this is the urgent care to go to if u want excellent care and real concern for your problem. medical clinics r operated by people and these people care..!!!!!

BEWARE!!!!!! DON'T GO TO RAPID CARE!!!!!. Today I was subjected to a horrible visit to this so called “rapid care clinic”. I say that because it took over four hours to be seen. There were a bunch of vey ill people and a baby vomiting in the lobby. The nursing staff wheeled out a mop bucket and told the mother of a small child to clean up the mess. The mother was unable to because she was caring for the baby and the nurse’s choice to stand around and talk in the office and left the pool of vomit to sit for several hours. The clinic was filthy dirty and will never go there again. There are only two rooms that they see patrons in and take hours to do so. I would recommend going to a third world country for health care…it would be safer then the risk of this clinic. Please BEWARE!!!! All they want is your money!
