Positive Car Buying Experience.
I recently purchased a new 2012 Honda CRV from Bryan Honda and had a very positive experience. Worked with Kevin McGirt at the dealership who is in internet sales and he did a great job.
There were no surprises, the dealership did exactly what it said it would do.
Would highly recommend looking at what Bryan Honda has to offer if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, I live in Durham but made the trip to Fayetteville to purchase my vehicle based upon the combination of price and customer service.
Highly Recommended For Buying a Used Car.. I just bought a 2007 CR-V EX-L from Bryan Honda. Customer service was GREAT (Bryan McLaurin)! Price was GREAT! I drove all the way from Durham because Bryan Honda's used cars are priced aggressively low. I searched all over NC, private sellers and dealerships, as well as ebay. Nowhere came close to the value I got at Bryan Honda. And the car was in great shape. When I got back to Durham, I had my mechanic give it a closer look and he said it is in great shape. They did offer a somewhat low value for trade-in so I have decided to sell my old car on my own. But if they are going to offer very low sale prices on their used vehicles, one should expect that they are going to offer low trade-in values (otherwise how would they make money). Good People, Good Vechicles, Great Prices. Can't recommend highly enough for buying a car.
Worth the drive from the Triangle.
I have not worked with Bryan Honda service yet but if it is as good as my recent buying experience it will be stellar.
I traveled to Bryan Honda in Fayetteville, NC all the way from Raleigh, NC and it was worth the drive. The way that this dealer operates is how all dealers should model from. There is absolutely no pressure and you can take your time looking through their great selection of Hondas. My wife and I are very impressed with the feel this dealer has and gives. They were very accommodating to our young child that was there with us as well.
Taking a test drive didn't require a lot of hassle and was offered before all the business end of a car purchase.
Reginer Thompson was/is our sales person and she was fantastic. She is a very friendly, informed and efficient sales person. She knows her stuff when it comes to features each model has and knows the difference between trim levels. She was a joy to work with and asking for her when you come in would only be a benefit.
The finance portion of the purchase went smoothly as well and I never felt like I was getting arm twisted.
I would highly recommend Bryan Honda to anyone looking at a new vehicle.
Bryan Honda was fantastic.. The 1.5 hour drive down to Fayetville from Raleigh, NC was well worth the time spent. Steve Leavall had our new Honda Accord ready to go when we arrived. There were no unexpected charges or fees when paying for the car. The price was the same as we negotiated over the phone. I highly recommend Bryan Honda and Steve Leavall. Call this dealership when looking for your next Honda in the Raleigh Durham area of North Carolina.
Ticked off. The process of actually buying our car took almost 8 hours. But thats not even the half of it, 2 days after purchasing my car 3 of the warning lights came on within 6 hours of each other, I wouldn't be surprised if they rigged it like that. Now I have to pay out of the wazoo to buy new parts for the vehicle they said was in "perfect condition". AND THEN, as I'm leaving, they give me a coupon for a free wash at a cleaning place, well I decided to go, which was 30 minutes from my home, and guess what, THEIR SHUT DOWN! I don't think I've ever been so mad then when I saw they where shut down, I will never buy or recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from this place!!! BEWARE!
Do not due business here.
I haven't been to a worse dealership yet. I thought It was bad when I bought the car; the sales person and the manager were very rude and condescending. The sad thing was we were paying cash for our van.
And, today when I took it in to have the brakes fixed, a problem noted on a bulletin, they were again rude and condescending. Refused to fix it, they said it was due to hard driving conditions, which this van has not seen a day in its life.
Icing on the cake: they want $20 for their services, or lack of.
Go to cary or raleigh and avoid these people. Must be something in the water or air.
