rip off. We have been taking our Jeep there for all services for the past 4 years. We recently took it apart to do a lift and an off-road package, to discover nothing really had been done that was supposed to. They tell you they are doing a lube job....but the parts you can't see are not getting serviced. This is exactly what you are warned about when going to a dealer for service, they just rip you off and lie.
