My visits - one in the early morning, one in the afternoon - weren't crowded, maybe three other owners / pets waiting with me. The waiting area is small but not too small. I appreciate the staff and have struck up good conversation with other customers during each visit. Good work.

Appreciate the staff taking care of the faxes. You can tell they care about the animals and the owners. Even though we had to wait a bit, they checked in to keep us informed. Thank you!
