I feel the need to defend Angeliqulilas review. She came to us as a call in same day service. She asked for her roots around her hairline to be touched up only. She received a deep conditioning also because her her was damaged. Angeliquelilas freely admitted she is not loyal to any one hairdresser.This contributes to her many colors in her hair. She paid and tipped for her service and left happy. She called later to say she was not happy with her color and wanted it fixed at no charge. I felt this was an unreasonable request to fix what others had done not by my salon. We are only responsible for the touchup area.She was offered correction at an additional charge.We refund or correct all mistakes done by our salon.
Awful. These people have horrible manners and customer service. When someone is not satisfied and is very polite in asking for color or a cut to be fixed, you should be a graceful woman and correct it. Not intentionally mean, evil, disgraceful, and tacky! People are paying YOU for a certain service and salon experience, and your salon is seriously lacking. I have a lot of friends, and you get the point that they will know about my personal experience. I don't care how many years this salon has been in service, get your stylists or management in check.
