Its funny looking at some of the gun choices people are complaining about on here. Maybe its because youre a bunch of idiots that dont know anything about guns. ha ha I go to Jims to look, never buy anything in there. its a joke. Only Privates-Spec4s that waste all their bonus money buy crap in there. Of course theres all the idiots that dont know any better. Go to shooters if you want to buy, Jims is for looking. so is Guns Plus (Price PLUS extra). A fool and his money are soon parted, plenty of fools in fayetteville. Buying overpriced crap one week, flogging it to pay the bills the next............ Keeps Jims and Guns plus in business..

GREAT FOLKS!. I have shopped at Jim's for almost my entire life. The reason for such is that they stand behind what they sell. The sales staff is knowledgable and have never led me down the wrong path in selecting the right product. Plus, they have a great shooting range and large selection if ammunition.

Great Store. Wow best gun store I have been in in a long time. Prices not to bad either! Didnt buy anything but had no problem with sales staff.

Jim's Gun Shop. Dont see how so many other people give such negative reviews, Been doing buisness for 10 years or more, always been friendly and informative to me, could it possible that the problem lies on the other end?

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!. I bought 3 pistols from them with my concealed permit. I bought 2 of them for my wife and one for me. Both of my wife's pistols didn't work properly because the guy at the counter tried to "demonstrate" how to take them apart and forgot to put pieces back into them and lost them. They did repair them after a weeks wait and very very RUDE service. My pistol is good because I never let them touch it and because it's a Springfield XD. They are EXTREMELY RUDE to my wife when she calls them up with any kind of question about a holster or anything else for her gun. I will never buy another thing from them again.

Dreadful customer service. After a couple trips into Jims husband and I concluded that the place was not customer friendly. Every single sales guy seemed to have a constipated look about them and certainly not eager to assist. I suspect their pay reflects this and the owner needs to be shot for not providing incentives to motivate these guys. Many pro gun people would love to be surrounded with the stores cha'kys and talk about them = sales. But thus crew seems washed out with no interest and little backbone. Sad really because they have a good selection and prices ok. Trust me here, if you want as good of a selection and sim prices but GREAT customer service hit Guns Plus in spring lake. Even when they are busy, when your turn comes around they focus on you and your needs and it translates to sales. Note...in no way affiliated with guns plus, just a better alternative.

Over priced and will rip you off.. Be careful when buying used weapons such as police trade in pistols. They will take whatever accessories that came with them and sell them separately. I purchased a Sig P6 from them and when I asked if they had extra mags the sales clerk said no.

I found out later from another employee the pistols came with 2 magazines and a holster but Jims removed the extras.

Their used weapons are very over priced. For example; I sold them a 30-06 rifle with scope and sling. I was happy with what they gave me but was amazed a few days later when I was back in there to use the range the rifle I sold was on the shelf minus the scope and sling and priced at double what they gave me for everything.

If you want to look at a lot of different weapons it is a good place to go. Just do some price research before you buy anything.

Don't know it alls. These guys talk crap to Military because most young soldiers act respectful instead of telling them to shove it.

They have very good general knowledge about guns...... go in and ask them any reasonably difficult question about firearms and they will revert to some type of excuse. They do not have formal firearms training. One guy acts like he knows what he's talking about and then they all repeat it like they though of it themselves. Pathetic.

They seem really upset at you if you even ask to have them order anything that they don't have. Customer service is full of arrogant don't know it alls.

Love those guys. Ive bought 3 handguns and 2 shotguns. I got good deals on all of my guns. You stop buy from time to time to get deals. The staff is a bit serous, but really there selling guns not ice cream.
