As and old, retired soldier, I flew with my wife to Fayetteville to purchase a car our son picked out for us. We provided a bank check since we came from out of state. Three weeks later Mr. Yarborough is telling me the check hasn't cleared, even though the bank says it cleared in the first week. And now, at four weeks, he doesn't call and won't answer his phone, and no title! Is time for consumer fraud protection?
