Horrible Experience.
Just came from having dinner with friends at the Red Lobster on 533 McPherson Church Road. While finishing up dinner and looking at the dessert menu a patron came to our table and asked us how much longer were we going to be because him and his party were promised the tables. We explained to him that we were having a girls night out and were about to order dessert. My friend offered him one of the tables and he said they were promised both tables. I asked to talk to the manager. This man came to our table claiming to be the GM. I proceeded to explaine what was going on. I let him know that we were being asked by other patrons to leave our table because they were promised the table. The GM proceeded to tell myself and two other friends that he told the other party that they could have the table when we left, I told him that we were not finished and were going to order dessert. His reply was" you cashed your ticked out so we assumed you were leaving" He was very rude and implied that we had to leave. He allowed the other party to harrass us until we were just to embarrassed to take any more. When I asked to speak to his boss he imformed me that he was the GM and turned and walked away. Im sure he treated us like this because we were women and he believed he could get away with it. . He was very ignorant, rude and unprofessional. I do not care if your title is GM or President of the United States you do not have the right to treat people the way you treated us and allowed other patrons in your establishment to treat us. It is shameful and was a horrible experience!! We have decided to never step foot back in this establishment and take our business elsewhere!

Red Lobster.
Recently stopped by the local Red Lobster during their lobster fest days. I know there will be a wait on the weekends so I took my little marker and waited.. When it was my turn to be seated the young lady informed me that they were out of lobster...Really?!?!?! Red Lobster out of lobster?!?!? I thought it was some kind of joke at first but WOW!!!. I went somewhere else..but really how does the management let the Red Lobster run out of lobster? I took this as an indication of the way the restaurant was operated and took my business elsewhere.

Casual crustacean-inspired chain serves up diet-defying seafood dishes in a family-friendly environment..
In Short
Live lobsters wriggle in a tank inside this seafood emporium, where nautical-patterned booths and colorful, fish-shaped tables in the bar area add subdued touches of whimsy to the room's classy dark wood accents. The menu can be downright decadent, with starters of artichoke lobster dip, seafood fondue, and crab-stuffed mushrooms. Entrees feature lighter, grilled fare like mahi-mahi and North Atlantic sea scallops, along with signature lobster dishes, snow crab legs, and jumbo fried shrimp platters.

So Far the Best in the Area.
If you want a good variety of seafood cooked the way you like it (not just fried) then Red Lobster is your best bet that I have seen in this area so far.
The Service is good and so is the enviroment.
