omg. helen the salons master colorist is a miracle worker not only did she show exempilary professionalism she saved my overprocessed hair and made it the platinum blond i originaly set out to achieve and that the previous colorist had fried. i cant speak for any of the other staff but i can say helen is doing her job well

poor judgement in gossip. I recently had my hair styled at JCPenney salon. My hair looks fine but I will NOT go back. While there, I witnessed one of the girls that cut hair "Genevieve" complaining about an exboyfriend. The customer apparently worked with the exboyfriend or one of his family members. This was such an inappropriate and unprofessional situation. I was very uncomfortable and could see by the looks on other customers, I was not the only one. It would seem to me that this "Genevieve" girl needs to find the right time and place to deal with her personal problems because I know they lost at least one customer because of this ordeal.
