FUN FUN FUN is the worst place in fayetteville.. I can into Fun Fun Fun today for the 1st time ever. I was very unhappy with the customer service not only at the desk where you pay for your golf, games and etc but the people at the snack bar. 1st off I told the guy I have never been here before and he just laughed at me. I came to take my son mini golfing and play some games. There was no one at the golf stand outside, the guy upfront had to ask a girl to go out there to assist me. And the whole time I played and when I was done still no one was there to help me at the golf desk. Then my son and I went to play games, no one was watching the kids and letting there parents know there kids shouldnt climb on the machines. I seen a ton of kids climbing on the machines and cheating at games. I took my son over the the game area where its for smaller kids and there were teenagers in there cheating at the games. My son and I barley got any time to plays to win tickets because so many teenagers were in there on the games, which I totally think is unfair. There was also teenagers going over to the kid area and taking tickets from the smaller children that they left behind. I feel that Fun Fun Fun should have the people that work there looking at for smaller kids and for the kids climbing on stuff. After my son and finished playing we went to the snack bar where the over weight lady sat on a stool with this rude look on her face and just stared at me. She never asked me "hi, how can I help? or are you ready miss?" When I looked at her and said "hi, can I please get a blah blah blah." She just ignored me!! Then she told the man who was coming in behind her "did you get that?" The two of them sat there talking about customers and their lives, which should never be done in a work place. After the man handed me my food, he just said "$6.00" not please or anything else. Which was so rude!! My total wasnt even $6.00, he tried charging me for a water that the lady sitting on the stool gave to another lady for free that came up ahead of me. The tables that were in the snack bar area were so dirty it was unbelieveable. The ground had food all over it. I will never come back to Fun Fun Fun nor will I recomind it to my friends. The people were all rude were worked there, the place was dirty and no one seemed like they wanted to work or knew their job. I will take my business to another mini golf place along with all my friends.
