Customer Service. Caviness and Cates Communities is one of the leading builders in this area, for good reason. They have close to a 100% Customer Satisfaction Rating, and are one of three nominees for "2009 Business of the Year" by the Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce. The previous reviewer appears to be involved with Caviness Land, however Caviness and Cates Communities is a separate company. Customer Satisfaction is the number one priority of Caviness and Cates Communities. In the interests of continuous improvement, they even call every homeowner 30 days after purchasing their new home to ensure satisfaction and identify any potential issues. I know of many families who would recommend Caviness and Cates Communities.
