Horrible Horrible Horrible. I wish I had seen these reviews before I went. I took my daughter for some Mommy/Daughter time. She had been looking forward to it all week. I was told she could get some designs with her mani/pedi. The design was a line of white across one nail. She told me she asked for a shamrock and the lady told her she couldn't do a shamrock. REALLY!! Also I noticed when my daughter went to put her feet in the water she quickly pulled them back out. She later told me the water was ice cold. When I questioned the manicurist about the designs she told me there was nothing else she could do, nothing for her toes at all. This mani/pedi took about 25 minutes and I watched the lady be rude to my daughter the whole time. Meanwhile, I was being worked on by a lady that was clearly annoyed that all I wanted was a polish change which she did a terrible job at. She asked me if I wanted an eyebrow wax. I thought if you can't even put polish on neatly, I'm not going to allow you to touch my eyebrows. Now I've been to a lot of nail salons. Some are better than others, but this was HORRENDOUS!!!! And when I mentioned my concerns, they got met with blank stares that obviously didn't care. Afterall, they had my $50 already for my half an hour of being treated like I was wasting their time!!

Why anyone returns... or goes to this place is way beyond me. I've never written a review before. I understand sometimes you just have a bad experience. But this time I had to. Save yourself the torture. Unbelievably bad!!!!
