Best in NC!. I went there and was so happy. visited about 10 stores before this one and all the other stores were pushy. I found my dream gown in 20 minutes. everybody was so friendly & not pushy - esp. Dana & Mrs Garry. they said it was b/c they dont work on commission & really want to please ME. While i was in the dressing rm, my sisster found her prom gown & my bff found the bridesmaids dresses. GREAT!

FANTASTIC!!!!!. i visited 2 other stores first (that had good ratings on Citysearch) but neither compared with Bridal & Formal Center (dont get it mixed up with Salon - NOT the same). So I checked around first before going. Called all stores for prices of my fav gowns. Everyone there was nice. Not pushy. Selection was HUGE. Super store but homey, friendly atmosphere. I'd give this a 10************ rating. SO HAPPY!

Unreliable - rude - cheating business practice. I called to ask for the price of my dream Bridal gown, I was told it was $400 . .. I asked the associate to double check and to repeat the style number and the description back to me and they did. I had had a gown on reserve at another store but I canceled it planning to buy my dream gown from them. I emailed later that day to see how much tax would be, The store then told me that the price of the gown was $1,100. I can not afford that so now I have no gown. The store was unapoligetic and rude to me and even went as far as brining religion into the conversation saying they are only accountable to god not to their customers. . . . Do not go here . . . Or you too may loose your Dream Gown! I would give them zero stars if I could.

Very freindly and inviting. When I visited this store without an appointment I was greeted and helped right away. The staff was very freindly and helpful. I put a deposit on a dress but unfortunately my younger brother passed away and we decided to call off the wedding for a little while. Even though I signed a contract saying that my deposit was nonrefundable or exchangable they told me they could not issue a refund but they would keep my payment on file so I could come back and order the dress when we were ready to have the wedding. I didn't try to or expect to get anything back and I thought I would loose my deposit completely since it was a part of my initial agreement and my husband and I decided not to plan a wedding while me and the rest of my family were greiving the loss of my brother. I will definately consider coming back when we decide to have the wedding again. This place deserves a good review.
