I called to have my water heater checked because it was leaking. Within 2 1/2 hours a service tech was at my home. When the service tech Brandon arrived, he was very polite and offered options for my water heater. I had to have my water heater replaced. Tech Brandon left to get the water heater and parts. He returned within a hour, still very pleasant. When my service was completed, Tech Brandon explained the warranty and the water heater. I couldn't ask for better service and professionalism than what I received today. Todays service was off the chart (1-10). I wish there were more techs like him.

The pipes under my kitchen sink started leaking a while ago...Roto-Rooter plumber to the rescue (same-day even though I lived quite a ways from Fayetteville no less)! The technician explained my options and various pricing. He understood my financial situation in did not try to talk me into an unnecessary repair. He was courteous and professional, quick and neat...I will definitely use Roto-Rooter again.

We live in Red Springs, NC. On Dec. 18, the Sunday before Christmas we discovered a sewer leak in the crawlspace of our house. It was apparent that it had been leaking for some time. We didn't know a plumber so we looked in the yellow pages and found an ad for Roto Rooter in Fayetteville, NC. We placed a service call and within 30 minutes we received a call from their service technician /plumber Ryan. He arrived at our house within 90 minutes of placing the service call. Ryan immediately found where the leak was coming from. He was not able to get in the crawlspace to fix the leak because of the water and raw sewage under there. He recommended a local restoration contractor out of Fayetteville to assist with the cleanup and sanitation process . Once the restoration contractor had the cleanup done Ryan came back out and made the repairs. After he made the repairs he recommended an inspection of the septic system and drain lines and discovered another problem that we were not aware off. He came back out the next day and fixed the problem with the septic system and drain lines. We were very impressed with Ryan's professionalism and outstanding knowledge of pluming work. Thanks to Roto Rooter, Ryan, and the restoration contractor, we were able to have all our family over for Christmas. We would highly recommend Roto Rooter to all our family and friends and will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs in the future.

Service. roto rooter came when no other plumber would..came in timely manner, completed installation of 80 gallon water heater for $1300.00. Finished job in a timely manner..price was high, technicans very professional.

Best Plumber in Fayetteville. I've had a leak under my house from my kitchen sink for 3 months and have been unable to use it. After getting huge estimates from local plumbers I thought I'd try Roto Rooter. I so glad I did! Ryan arrived less than an hour after my call. He was courteous, professional and intent on fixing my problem. After crawling under my house and doing a thorough inspection he came up with a different solution than the other professionals. Not only did it involve less drilling through my floor but it was $100 cheaper! After 3 months of washing dishes in my bathroom sink Ryan had everything fixed in less than 3 hours. And he cleaned up after himself! Thank you Ryan and Roto Rooter! You will definitely have my business from now on.
