Feel Like Family in Polly's Kitchen.

I hate eating at chains and love to find 'holes in the walls' at which to eat. Polly's Kitchen is one of the many successful finds in my life. Recommended by my daughter's mother in law...I found everything I wanted in a breakfast/lunch diner. It is very small and away from main road shopping, but the hat collection and many signs of state and city pride keep the eyes busy, and the smells from the kitchen tease the nose. My western omelet, home fries, and biscuit with sausage gravy arrived quickly and my server was very attentive, my coffee cup never emptied You could hear staff singing to the country music as they worked and smiles were everywhere. Great food among people who wanted to provide us with their best. I wish my local breakfast place had singers
