Great Experience!. We recently purchased a certified used Volvo from this dealership. The customer service is excellent. We went through Clark Rodgers. This salesman knew every single detail about his vehicles. We went back a few times to check out the car, and at no time did we feel pressured. Obviously they are in the sales business. But Mr. Rodgers was patient with us, and it paid off. From beginning to end we dealt with experienced, professional, respectful people. The car is getting great mileage, and it is a super safe vehicle with a lot of get up and go. (s60 turbo)

Not a good experience of Leith Volvo. The dealership is probably fine, just avoid the salesman named "Mike." We went to get some specifics about a Volvo and he let us sit there for 2 hours while he pretended to be getting that information. He kept leaving us for 10-15 min intervals and then coming back with little pitches for a car we weren't even there for ("Would you do $x for that Acura?"). He said his manager was really busy, but when we finally said we had to leave, we noticed that the manager was leisurely hanging out in the Acura dealership lobby (next door). On our way home, Mike called our cell with the info we had originally wanted. Too late!
