Don't sit at the end of the bar. The bartenders act like the bar is a few miles long and are extremely slow at refilling your drinks.

The customer service was fantastic. Our server was Dominique, and she offered courtesies and a level of attention that was at least on par with some of the best restaurants I've gone to.

Usually good service but it wasn't when I went.... We had a family bday & I let them know so they could bring desert & it never happened, I waited 2 hours & spoke to some1... Never happened

Great Service & Food!. I have gone to both the Fayetteville and Winston Salem Tripps and both restaurants had great service! In addition, their food is always fresh and hot and I have never tasted better mashed sweet potatoes in my life! Even my 12 year old…

What will keep me coming back is the customer service. They were responsive to the complaints, tried to fix it, took it off the bill and treated us to dessert. Kudos to management.
