Prices are ok but not much selection. I donated items and returned to the store numerous times and never saw them out on the sales floor. Heard of similar experiences from other donations. The service is poor and the associates are very rude (Is there any management?). Needs some tlc. I try to go to find a good deal and support a good cause but seems the place has gone down hill with bad intentions.Just disappointed

I didn't have a problem awesome. I great prices and awesome stuff. I bought a cali king mattress set new for 100. Plus they had dresser I wanted and sofa all for 125. Ashelys furniture sofa. You gotta love thift stores. SWEET DEAL!!!!

Customer service needs some work. The lady that works there is very rude and can't even help the customers because she doesn't know anything. The shop itself has great items and good prices but it's not worth it to me to put up with the rude lady that works there she was even rude talking on the phone to a customer I mean come on!
