I love the Spa/Fitness Center and it is about feeling good and making a lifetime change in your life for the better. I use the facilities at least 4-5 times a week and everyone is so nice and friendly. It is a great place to work out and to get healthy inside and out. Thank u for helping me to be a better person!!!

Yoga with JB today was great! Helping us to explore more of our own limits. He challenges us to tap into our own body awareness. Thanks JB! I surprise myself and my limits in your class. You inspire me to be a great yoga teacher and I can not wait to start training. Great mentor!!
