Poor Customer Service.
You can't reach Mastergreen by phone. The receptionist, Tiffany, never picks up. Instead, she calls and leaves a roto message on your answering machine saying when representatives will be out to service your lawn. I called four times trying to arrange an appointment when I would be home as we have a dog and a locked gate that would prevent them from spraying the back yard. After many phone calls--and a set appointment--Mastergreen came a day early (when I was not home), only treated the front lawn (and it rained shortly after), and left a bill as if they had treated the entire yard (they charged for the backyard treatment as well). This was my first and last treatment from them. My feeling after seeing how few fireant pellets were around was that Mastergreen intentionally came when I was not here to insure that I did not see how little they were actually doing with my yard and how little time they were spending.
