This place is a total rip off. They tell you there is no cancelation fee if you move away due to pcs with the military. Then when you go to move. They will have you talk to an ABC financial company that will tell you there is a 90 dollar cancelation fee. And that you are responsible for 30 after you cancel your membership. These people are blood suckers. If you are military I would not recommended you signing up with them!

This is by far the best place ever to work out. This is by far the best place ever to work out...everyone is positive and energetic....I have been working out here now for 3 years...They have everything....a great sales staff, the best juice bar in town, with fresh squeezed juices, awesome sandwiches, the most relaxing day spa, sauna, pool, steam room, women's only workout floor, new training staff.....I could go on for days......I would recommend them to everyone to try out!

The juice bar is fantastic. I joined the Spa Fitness and Wellness Center last year and am happy to say that it has been my saving grace! I enjoy the group exercise classes (Zumba is my favorite!), then relax in the suana or the whirlpool. The juice bar is fantastic wit all sorts of gourmet salads and sandwhiches! When my husband deployed, I took advantage of the free childcare to work out, relax in the wet rooms, or just hang out at the internet cafe for some ME time!

the staff has been very helpful. I have recently started working out at the Spa Fitness & Wellness Center. I find that the staff has been very helpful and always there to assist you in any way possible. I am already seeing results from my work outs and plan to continue enjoying this facility for a long time.

I would suggest this place to everyone!. I love walking into the Spa and being greeted with their friendly faces everyday. I absolutely love the nursery, the woman who work in there are nice and caring people who love my kids! I would suggest this place to everyone!

The staff is always friendly and helpful.. I love going to the Spa to workout. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The pool is a definite plus, there are tons of classes and I can use either location. I love being able to get a discount at the Day Spa as well, and Carrots lunches are great! If you want a super place to workout, with lots of extras, this is the place to be. The personal trainers there are excellent, they really know what they are doing and I have seen results not only on me, but my friends as well!

The food here is so great!. The food here is so great! After a hard workout, nothing is better than a cold refreshing smoothie from Carrots. The salads here are also so great! They are huge, tasty and fresh. You can alter it to however you like it and the Carrots staff is always so friendly! Highly recommend!

spoke to a very nice woman who patiently helped me. My husband and I joined the Spa Fitness & Wellness Centers four years ago. We had to relocate for employment and had to cancel our memberships. We called their corporate office and spoke to a very nice woman who patiently helped me through the entire process. I turned in everything that was asked of us and about three weeks later got a letter in the mail stating our contract was cancelled. We are looking into moving back into the area soon and I cannot wait to sign up again. After reading some of the reviews on this page, I couldn't help but write my own. I don't understand people who sign contracts and then complain when companies have to stick by those contracts. If you claim to be an adult, why don't you read things before you sign them. Instead of blaming the owners or the sales staff why don't you look into the mirror and ask yourself why you chose to sign up for something when you knew you couldn't afford them.

being the best, having the best, and employing the best!. I recently moved to Fayetteville. I have been a member of about 4 other gyms, I chose the Spa Fitness & Wellness Centers because they have been voted the best in Fayetteville. Since becoming a member they have far exceeded all of my expectations. The fact that the nursery is complimentary (and extremely nice) alone makes my membership worth it! It's also so convenient to be able to grab something healthy to eat from Carrots when I'm done working out, that makes it so easy to stay on track with my diet! I love that the Renaissance Day Spa is right inside (and it's beautiful), if they have any openings they announce it in the gym...there is nothing better than having an unexpected massage after a long hard workout! This gym takes the cake when it comes to being the best, having the best, and employing the best!

They have an awesome daycare. Visiting from california and I spoke to a manager and purchased a one month pass. Love the classes and the trainers that they have on staff all day long. They have an awesome daycare with children's programs for those parents out there wondering. I've been coming here everyday for over a week since I really love the Jacuzzi and sauna action and yes... I have been working out too...
