He isn't out of business... we've been referred to him and looking forward to getting our nutritional supplements there this week.
I guess we'll find out if the behavior has changed any - IF the gripe was valid way back then in the first place.
Best Of Best. Noah Steere, is one of the greatest person I have ever met in my life(52) and that's why I love him like a Brother! If you need a shirt he'll take his off and give it to you, it doesn't matter if he know you or not! He's someone you can trust with your life! His integrity and honesty and great big heart are his best attributes and this is the main reason his business have been successful not to mention that his prices are the lowest in the market today. Years of service.
I've purchased from Steere's for years. The other "Supplement Store's" have no clue what to use. When you first meet the owner you can tell he is in to working out. The prices are almost what you would pay online. I've got great results when I use what he says.
Needs to open some more locations with a gym to teach.
Only place we go for supplements!. Wow! My husband and I shop at Steere's - and only Steere's- for supplements. Not only is it the only place nearby (that I know of) that sells the REAL fat-burning supps, but the owner - Noah Steere - greets my husband personally every time he is there when my husband goes in. I can't help but wonder if the previous reviewer had misinterpreted a bit of dry humor for rudeness. We have never been treated rudely when we have gone in there We have been patron's of Steere's for years.
Rat Poisoning. Really???. I cant believe what a JERK the owner is. About a week ago, my husband went in and purchased an item and when he got home and opened it, the seal had been broken. Bummer. No big deal, right? So the next day, he goes into return the item, and the sales associate tells him he can't b/c the owner is the only one who does returns. Okay.....so the following day, we thought we'd try again. Again, the owner was not there so we couldn't return it. We were told to come back Monday. My husband was getting deployed so he ended up buying the exact same item before we even returned the broken seal one so that he could take the supplements with him when he left. So Monday rolls around, and I call up to see if the owner is in before I make the drive down there (as this would be our 3rd attempt). I tell the owner that I am returning an item b/c it's seal is broken, and his response: "Well, I doubt someone opened it up and put rat poisoning in there, but come in and I'll give you your money back". Okay....that was rude. But this was a $54.00 item, and I wasn't going to take the hit. I get in there (3 other customers in there also), and he takes the bottle, opens it up, sees the broken seal, and says this: "What? This? (looking at the broken seal), Are you talking about this seal?? The seal that YOU broke?" WHAT THE HELL???? Did he just accuse me of lying?? Why the hell would I go thru all this damn trouble if I was the one who broke the seal??? Really??? This guy was soooo rude. I couldn't believe it. Not only that, but he made me look like the idiot in front of the other customers that were in his store. How RUDE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, to say the least. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT PLACE AGAIN. I am in the fitness industry and refer clients to supplements regularly, but you can bet your ass I WILL NEVER refer a client to Steere's Nutrition again.
