Dining Experience I Will Not Forget!”. OH MY GOODNESS!!!!! Let me start off by saying that I am generally a Waffle House eater, but visiting this IHOP location would sway anyone. The customer service was beyond excellent, the food was fresh and prepared to perfection. My family and I filled two large tables and the waitress took our orders, but I never saw her write anything down and can you believe that when our food came shortly after we placed it...EVERYTHING was correct! The owners were there and they were wonderful as well. I wish I could find an IHOP in Raleigh with the same qualities. Until then I guess I will have to travel to Fayetteville, NC in order to eat at IHOP because I won't settle for less. If you go to any other IHOP or breakfast facility your nuts!
Who DOESN'T love IHOP?. I mean, just watch their commercials. They've got fresh, hot coffee, and their specials are usually worth checking out. Last time I went I had the coffee cake pancakes. So yummy. Service at this location has always been good, the servers pretty much leave you alone but do make sure that you're enjoying things. No lingering servers or dirty stares, which is nice.
Come Hungry, Leave Happy. Out of not only all the IHOP stores we've ever been to, but any chain breakfast restaurant, this IHOP absolutely lives up to its name. This IHOP is just superior. The dining room is the cleanest I've seen, and through the open window into the kitchen I could see that the kitchen was the same. The servers knew the answers to everything we asked them, and delivered our food very quickly. On appearance, the food was like the photos. The cooks seem to be very good at what they do. I highly recommend this store for a fairly priced, good meal.
Breakfast served all day and pancakes served a variety of ways are the hallmarks of this diner-style restaurant..
In Short
The first International House of Pancakes opened in a suburb of Los Angeles in 1958 serving a menu of hearty breakfast favorites. Today the restaurant still serves its signature dishes like the original buttermilk pancakes and pigs in blankets: sausage links wrapped in hotcakes. Other breakfast items include waffles, omelets, French toast and crepes. Non-breakfast offerings include sandwiches, burgers, entree-sized salads, and dinners like T-bone steak, pot roast and herb-roasted chicken.
